In 1958, Vincent and Beatrice DeGrandchamp bought a small 12-acre blueberry farm near the shores of Lake Michigan in South Haven, Michigan.
Now years later, their four childeren and grandchildren farm 150 acres of Blueberries, 40 acres of Cranberries and approximately 7 acres of container grown nursery stock and greenhouses. We also have a modern packaging and shipping facility with a farm market and offices.
Vincent DeGrandchamp has since passed away but his legacy still lives on. Although he did not live to see the first cranberry harvest, he was instrumental in its early development. Beatrice DeGrandchamp can still be seen at the Retail Market, visiting with many customers that have become like old friends.
Daughter, Judy Johnson, manages the Office and Retail Market. Mike DeGrandchamp oversees the Nursery/Greenhouse Operations. Joe DeGrandchamp manages the Blueberry portion of the business. Bob DeGrandchamp oversees the Cranberry Care and Harvesting.
